Concretely
- Callisto – Anergy Network at Rout LënsIKO, Luxenergie, and Encevo are launching Luxembourg’s first anergy network at Rout Lëns. Based on 300 geothermal boreholes, this innovative energy solution marks a major step forward in sustainable development.
- Livvy – AAA Energy PerformanceThis certification attests to the building’s excellent thermal insulation and low CO₂ emissions, while ensuring minimal energy consumption.
- Borders – Photovoltaic PanelsSince 2024, the site now produces around 700 kWp through photovoltaic panels, covering part of its energy consumption.
- ekxo - BREEAM Outstandingekxo aims for the 'Outstanding' level of BREEAM certification, the highest distinction, requiring a score above 85%.
- D’Haus – Timber ConstructionThe timber, known for its ability to absorb CO₂, was sourced from the Greater Region, a local choice in line with our environmental approach.
- Rout Lëns – Reuse of MaterialsIn line with our reuse approach, the red terracotta tiles recovered from the historic Halle des Turbines will find new life as flooring on the mezzanine of the Magasin TT.
